Does anyone have any news on this issue? Does anyone know if it been resolved in any subsequent releases of ESXi/PowerCLI?

Re: Workstation Player 15 and No space left on device using Linux Mint
Be careful, I am somewhat a newbie here. I've worked with Linux in the past, but not much VMware experience.
I looked it up in VMware Workstation 15 Player. I opened it up, clicked on Mint, and chose "Edit virtual machine settings".
Memory, which I assume to be the RAM, is 2 GB. The hard disk (says SCSI in parenthesis) is set to 30 GB.
I also have this from Mint:

I do hope this helps. Like I said, I was able to work fine using Workstation Pro, but I don't have $250 to spend, hence my switch to Workstation Player. And thank you, I appreciate whatever help you provide.
Re: VM for mac will not launch after update
Yes, I did try to shut down the computer and then relaunch VM.
I tried installing version 11.5.0 (which I still had in my download folder), then adding my VM information. The software immediately starts the upgrade process. I believe that I followed the directions correctly (I've attached screen shots from that attempt), but ended up having the same outcome where the program never loads and I keep getting the black screen with an arrow in the middle.
Unfortunately I don't have a backup (I just set this up in the last couple of weeks), but haven't done any work in the software programs that are installed into VM. So I'm considering just starting from scratch. Would that be a simpler way than going through the upgrade process? And if so, can you provide a link to directions for that?
Jamf Setup and Reset Apps to Ease Apple Device Management Chores
Are there equivalent options in WS1 similar to what Jamf offers below?
' Jamf Setup is built to allow IT administrators to initially provision devices for users with multiple sets of apps, wallpapers, Home screen layouts, restrictions and more for various categories of users within an organization. Each set of apps is then listed by job category on a main menu where end users can then select the group of apps and other features that fit their specific jobs and requirements.'
' The Jamf Reset app is aimed at making it easier to reset and wipe a device in between users, without any direct attention from an IT administrator. Instead of a complicated reset procedure, device users can initiate a complete wipe and confidently erase their data by selecting the Jamf Reset app from the Home screen, which automatically carries out the wipe.'

NSX T Global Manager Standby
So has anyone tried this yet? I have a global manager deployed and have registered 2 locations each with their own local nsx managers, but I appear to be missing the "Add Standby" button for the Global manager. I also don't even get the warning as per the youtube video i saw about not having a standby global manager. Thanks.
Re: vSphere 7: Cant edit VM Startup/Shutdown Configuration?
Are you sure about your vCenter server health status? Can you check it anyway through the VAMI interface (https://vcenter_ip:5480)
Re: vSphere 7: Cant edit VM Startup/Shutdown Configuration?
Strange because everything seems to be okay. I've attached a photo of the health status page
Re: vSphere 7: Cant edit VM Startup/Shutdown Configuration?
Still working through this. I can set the startup directly through the ESXi interface but not through vCenter. I have also noticed this effects a few other areas as well such as changing passwords for users.
This error pops up in the bottom right when attempting to access these functions:
"Uncaught (in promise): TypeError: Cannot read property 'stopAction' of null
TypeError: Cannot read property 'stopAction' of null
Re: How to turn off PXE Boot on VM machine?
PXE is not the first boot option of a VM. You see it if there is no other bootable device found and most likely you have forgot to tick the "enable on boot" checkbox for the ISO or the ISO isnt a bootable one.
There is a option to force a VM going into the BIOS on next time in the settings.

Joerg
Re: How to turn off PXE Boot on VM machine?
Are you sure about the *.iso media is already a bootable file?!
I think your VM tried for booting with this file and then after unsuccessfully try, go again to the network boot (PXE) as the boot order...
However to remove Network boot from list of boot order in the VM's BIOS setting, please check this KB1014906 it will guide you how to do remove it from the VMX file. (Remember the VM must be power off)
VMware Workspace ONE Windows 10 client error
I have setup a sandbox for testing from TestDrive. I have configured UEM console and Access conosole, deployed the AWCC and WS Access connector succesfuly, enabled outbound mode. Active Directory integration ok in both consoles, can auth and enroll.
All was working ok until tests clients started showing the attached error "Session expired, trying to renew..." (in spanish) in the App Catalog. This just loops forever.
Any ideas why this would be?
Re: VMware VM customization reboot removes specific guest customization
Since the topic has been moved, can I see the responses here or do I have to watch some other space.
Re: vSphere 7: Cant edit VM Startup/Shutdown Configuration?
However are you sure about the disabling of vSphere HA in your cluster?! Even you disable Host Monitoring but the vSphere HA is still enable, you cannot modify the VMs startup order in the host configuration through the vCenter server and it's absolutely natural because the HA must decide about it in front of a host failure.
Re: Add other domain to Horizon
Regardless of knowing how to work with vdmadmin CLI to include and exclude list of domain names, please tell me about the relation between domainA & domainB and the structure ...
Are they inside a single forest? in this case you can see list of all tree and child domains belongs to this forest by default (If a consider domainA as the forest root domain). Then you can edit their appearance via the vdmadmin command and exclude some of them if you don't need to see them in the available domain list for login operations ...
If they are not inside a single forest, is there any trust relationship between them or not?!
iSCSI port binding + Route Based on IP Hash
I'm trying to find the official statement from VMware that states iSCSI port binding + Route Based on IP Hash is an unsupported configuration.

Re: Powercli get event details from vcenter
What assistance do you need?
Are you seeing errors?
Is your script not returning what you want?
